The United States plans to impose a 109.95% tariff on China's paper brighteners
the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that the paper brighteners produced in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan sold in the United States constitute dumping. Therefore, it is planned to impose a tariff of up to 109.95% on paper brighteners imported from mainland China and 6.2% on paper brighteners imported from Taiwan, China
